ARC User Registration

To create a new user account in an existing project, please fill in the form below. This form may also be used to add an existing user to a project, or to add the project's PI as a user (which is not done by default).

By submitting this form you agree to the polices listed in  https://www.arc.ox.ac.uk/policies with particular reference to the University’s IT Regulations which can be found here https://www.it.ox.ac.uk/rules

Please note if you are an external user joining an Oxford ARC project you need to select the 'University of Oxford' option in the user registration form.

All new accounts will need support from the project leader.  Fields marked with a '*' are mandatory.

Personal Details
Please select the project's organisation from the list below:
University of Oxford Username as issued by IT Services for single sign on (SSO) purposes. This will be the same username you use with the Nexus email service or Eduroam. If you do not have an Oxford email address, please provide you first initial and surname in lower case e.g. jsmith.
Please enter your Oxford Brookes student number or staff "p" number as username
Project Details
Please give a brief description of your intended use of the ARC service.
Publication Acknowledgement *
I certify that I agree to acknowledge the use of Advanced Research Computing resources in any publication which reports results obtained on ARC computers
If known, please note below any software requirements you have for working on the ARC systems. Please note this is not a software installation request - it ensures you are given appropriate access to existing applications.
